STRATEGY & ARCHITECTURE

Every platform starts with the real problem.

Before anything gets built, someone has to ask what the problem actually is - and what it costs you. We work as fractional CTOs, architects and awkward-question-askers for organisations whose technology decisions are too important to guess. The output is a platform direction you can defend to a board and hand to an engineer.

PLATFORMS & INTEGRATION

We make your systems one.

Point of sale, ERP, eCommerce, loyalty, payments, rostering, consent - most mid-market businesses run on systems that were never introduced to each other. We connect them and keep them in step, whatever the complexity in pricing, credit, inventory or catalogue. We build and operate middleware doing exactly this in production today: syncing store systems to shelf-edge hardware across multiple point-of-sale ecosystems, including a first-of-its-kind integration in pharmacy retail.

SOFTWARE & PRODUCT BUILD

Building what hasn’t existed before.

Marketplaces that settle insurance claims at booking. Trade portals that understand 90-day credit. Checkouts that a pharmacist reviews before dispatch. When the workflow is regulated, tangled or genuinely new, templates run out - and that’s where we start. Everything we build is built to be run: instrumented, documented and owned.

RUN & RELIABILITY

Launch is the halfway point.

Some platforms we run, we built. Others we took over. Both get the same standard: monitoring and alerting, incident response, monthly security triage, and a steady drumbeat of improvement. Taking over another team’s platform and making it dependable is an engineering discipline of its own - we’ve practised it for years. This is why clients measure their time with us in years, not projects.

APPLIED AI & INTELLIGENT DEVICES

Where models meet the real world.

We put machine learning where it earns its keep: inside our own delivery pipeline, in production today - and, in active R&D, on devices in the field and inside sensors. We’ve trained models, compiled them down to run on hardware you can hold, and built the training platforms that keep every model reproducible. And intelligent devices don’t stop at our own builds: we run inherited IoT estates too - an international fleet of Android screens we took over live, stabilised in one release and have operated across two clouds since, with provisioning, reboots and updates all handled over the air. Because models and devices are run, not just shipped, ours arrive with the run-discipline built in: data checked at the door, every model versioned, drift watched like downtime, and inference placed where the data should live.
