Selling scheduled medicines online is commerce with a licence to lose. We built the platform that does it properly: pharmacist review before dispatch, prescriptions and Medicare details captured safely, health data held to Australian healthcare interoperability standards on a governed cloud health API. When prescriptions went digital, we built the flows that let patients submit eScripts and paper scripts online - a two-year engineering programme of its own. And for two years our booking APIs fed Healthdirect’s national Service Finder with live services, locations and appointment slots.
